France introduces Covid-19 health pass for access to cultural and sport venues
Since Juli 21, according to government announcements, the so-called "passe sanitaire" will be required for all events or places with more than 50 people.
In Strasbourg, the following places, structures and equipment are concerned :
The pass is required in all establishments, with the exception of the Hardt swimming pool, where capacity is limited to 49 people.
The pass is required in all museums and in the 5th Lieu, with the exception of the " Aubette " on Place Kleber, where capacity is limited to 49 people.
The pass is required for the Malraux, Olympe de Gouges and Neudorf media libraries. The others media libraries and libraries remain freely accessible, the capacity is limited to 49 people.
The summer program "A summer in Strasbourg"
The pass is required for the free sommer activities, shows and events o in public areas (The wonderful journey, Latitude 48, Escales estivales, etc.).
The sports and leisure activities on the Sports Adventure Plains (Terres de jeux) have been adapted so that the capacity for each activity of the day is limited to 49 people.
The TAPS - Public current theater of Strasbourg
The pass is required for planned performances.
► According to decree no. 2021-955 of July 20, the "health pass" is checked by scanning or visually checking the QR code, which establishes one of the following conditions:
- complete vaccination certificate,
- negative RT-PCR or antigen test less than 48 hours,
- positive RT-PCR test of at least 11 days and less than 6 months confirming recovery from Covid 19.
The city and the Eurometropolis Strasbourg also remind of the need to respect barrier gestures. Wearing a mask is required in all of the aforementioned sites but also events, both indoors and outdoors, whether the “health pass” is required or not.
