This new smartphone app, can be downloaded from IOS (Apple store) and Android (Play store). It includes and offers various functionalities :  cartography, agenda, reports... The user can compose the app according to his needs and favorites. 

For example, it will be possible to know in real time the next departure of a bus or tram from you usual tram or bus stop, the waiting time at the reception desks of the town hall and  neighbourhoods city halls, the attendance rate in a swimming pool or the parking facilities. 

Notifications will also make it possible to inform residents about a delay in waste collection, to alert on traffic disruptions or to  report air pollution episodes.

StrasApp also aims to facilitate administrative procedures for users by associating the mon.strasbourg.eu account. As such, each user will be able to follow in real time the progress of their online formalities,  the expiry of their book loans in the Media-Libraries or their resident parking pass…
